4 – Ten (10) prints of the trademark not bigger than 5cm X 8cm

B – Documents and requirement for renewal
1 – Legalized power of attorney.
2 – Photocopy of the last renewal certificate. (If not renewed, photocopy of the Registration certificate).
3 – Prints of the trademark.

C – Documents and requirement for recordal of assignment, merger or license
1 - Legalized power of attorney from both assignor & assignee.
2 - Legalized deed of assignment or merger. or License
3 - The original of the last renewal certificate of the trademark (a valid certificate).
4 - Some prints of the trademark

D – Documents and requirement for changing name or address
1 - Legalized power of attorney.
2 - Legalized deed of change of name or address.
3 - The original of the last renewal certificate of the trademark (a valid certificate).
4 - Prints of the trademark.
